Wednesday night Thoughts

• It was great to get back to talking again tonight.  It’s been awhile since I’ve actually been able to speak on a Wednesday night.
• I thought Richie did a pretty good job tonight leading the worship.  We only had about 45 minutes to practise tonight. Mike, thanks for playing tonight!  I’m REALLY looking forward to this year and working along side you!
• It was good to hear a report from Willard!  DUDE, you rock!  I love ya!
• Mike Conklin is going to be teaching self defense for ladies and girls again, starting September 7.  I believe he’s going to be meeting in the gym after AWANAS is finished.
• Luke 5:1-11 has so many lessons in it that it’s not even funny!  I really like the study about those nets.

• I’m pretty pumped about Carowinds tomorrow! 
• and i’m pretty bummed that I will not be able to go to Vince and Colt Conley’s eagle ceremony tomorrow night.   WOW, what a major accomplishment in anyone’s life!  Nice job guys!
• August 17 – Frankie’s at 6:30 – $15.00.
• Next week, I’m going to talk about something that I’ve always wanted to talk to our students about, but have been a little hesitant.  I really feel lead to talk about it, it’s a problem that most every student deals with on a DAILY basis, but no one ever wants to “fess” up to it.  Next Wednesday, we’re going to fess up!
